Did you know some churches will help pay all or a portion of rent if your renter can’t.  There are also agencies that will help pay rent if your resident gets into a bind.  Find out who these agencies are and the contact information and have it ready for your residents.

Showing your residents you care will mean a lot to them and if you make information available that will help them in these tough times, you might just keep a resident that you would have lost otherwise.
